MINAMI AZABU

This project renovates a three-storey house in Azabu to create serene and functional spaces.

The rooftop level was redesigned to incorporate a pergola and an outdoor counter with a barbecue area, extending domestic life outdoors.

Inside, a spare room was transformed into a guest bedroom offering hotel-like comfort, with custom-designed cabinetry and an integrated bathroom. The room has a calm, warm atmosphere and overlooks a carefully designed Japanese courtyard, reflecting our belief that comfort does not depend on square metres, but on the care with which each space is designed.

At the client’s request, photography of the project is limited.
